The Christian message is at the same time both extremely profound and utterly simple: God loves you unconditionally, your mistakes are forgiven through Jesus Christ and you are offered a restored relationship with Him. Being a Christian is not about following a set of complicated rules to earn God’s favour. Rather, it is about receiving God’s free gift of grace in faith.

Prayer is having a conversation with God. In other words, prayer is simply talking with God. You can pray and talk with God at anytime and anywhere about anything that is on your mind. You don’t have to be in a church or use special words. And you don’t have put your hands together or close your eyes.

Led by our Children and Families Minister, Clare Ayers, our ministry amongst children and families is wide and varied. This ranges from toddler groups for the littles people and their adults to Youth Hub for young teenagers. Small Groups are a vital part of our life as a church community, enabling us to share life and faith and to support one another, while always looking for ways to serve our community together. Many from our congregations attend one of the Small Groups, most of which meet during the week. Our various groups have different patterns of meeting, some weekly, others fortnightly or even monthly.
