Services in St Michael's, Beccles

A said service of Holy Communion from the Book of Common Prayer (BCP), also known as the Prayer Book, takes place each Sunday. The service includes a short sermon and lasts around 40 minutes.

A said service of Holy Communion is held each Thursday morning at St Michael’s church. The service lasts around 45 minutes and includes prayers, readings, a short sermon and the taking of communion.

GATHER is our all-age cafe style service at St Michael’s, which takes place on the first Sunday of every month. This interactive service for young and the not-so-young provides opportunities to question, explore and discover the love of Jesus for all people.

A service of Holy Communion is held on the second and fourth Sunday of each month. The service lasts around an hour and includes hymns, prayers, readings, a short sermon and the taking of communion.

A Morning Worship service takes place on the third Sunday of each month. This service with prayer, praise and Bible teaching at the centre lasts around an hour.

IGNITE is a contemporary service which has prayer, praise and Bible teaching at its heart. IGNITE is held at St Michael’s on the second and fourth Sunday of each month.
